Answers about Pipecove pricing, seats, the usage wallet, WhatsApp, documents, AI Sales Manager, Meta ads, and what happens when you cancel.
- What do I actually pay each month?
- The plan fee only: $0, $19, $49, or $99 in US dollars, billed monthly. SMS, voice minutes, platform email, AI reply tokens, and phone-number rental are not inside that fee. They spend a prepaid usage wallet at the rate shown in the workspace before you send, call, or buy. Ad spend is paid to Meta, not to Pipecove.
- Is there a free trial that turns into a charge?
- No. Free Starter stays at $0 until an admin chooses a paid plan. Paid plans do not start with trial days. You are not billed for Solo Sales, Growth Team, or Pro Agency unless you subscribe.
- Can I add seats without changing plans?
- No. Free Starter and Solo Sales include 1 seat. Growth Team includes 5. Pro Agency includes 15. To give more people a login, move to the plan that covers that number of agents.
- Which plan includes WhatsApp, documents, and lead forms?
- Growth Team and Pro Agency. Solo Sales includes SMS, calling, and numbers, but not WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, documents, lead forms, or custom objects.
- Which plan includes AI, social posting, and Meta ads?
- Pro Agency. AI Sales Manager replies from your instructions and is billed from the wallet by tokens. The social planner covers Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Meta Ads and AI Ads Manager draft and manage campaigns; the ad budget itself is paid to Meta.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
- Cancel in billing settings and you keep the paid plan until the end of the month you already paid. A downgrade applies the lower caps, and you need to get under them. After cancellation, customer data is kept for 60 days so you can come back, then deleted except what tax or a carrier rule requires. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Do you sell personal information or use Meta data for ads?
- No. Pipecove does not sell personal information. Information received from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Google is used to provide the feature you connected, not to advertise and not to sell to data brokers.
- Can another tool create contacts?
- On Solo Sales and above, a workspace API key can create a contact with a POST to the public contacts endpoint. Lead forms, on Growth Team and Pro Agency, do the same from a public page or an embed, and can start a workflow.
- Does the shared inbox cost wallet credit?
- No. Email you send through a mailbox you connect with IMAP and SMTP uses that mailbox. It is not billed from the wallet. Platform email Pipecove sends as metered usage, SMS, calls, number rental, and AI tokens are wallet usage.
- Can AI reply on WhatsApp?
- On Pro Agency, AI Sales Manager can reply across SMS, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, using instructions you wrote. A human send pauses it on that conversation. Tokens bill from the wallet. It is not on lower plans.
- Are signed PDFs a legal guarantee?
- No. Documents let you upload, edit, stamp, sign, lock, and share a PDF. Whether that signature meets a statute or a client’s requirement is your judgment. The feature is on Growth Team and Pro Agency.
- Where are the policies?
- Terms, privacy, cookies, refunds, acceptable use, the AI use policy, the data processing addendum, and partner terms are linked from the footer. They are written to match the features in the product.
